There was held an organization session of the Committee (together with ISEPI Fund). Having finished with bureaucratic procedures (appoint President and Executive Secretary of Committee, approve Committee Work Plan for 2015, the newly formed structure directly passed to implementing the plan – the Committee heard and discussed reports of Political Technologist Ruslan Modin ‘On Elections in the USA’ and Yevgeny Minchenko ‘On Elections in European Union’.
