For more than 15 years, he has been working on the market of campaign holding, political consultancy and research. He managed projects including up to 20 regions simultaneously. He has totally implemented more than 30 political projects, made more than 500 researches (coverage – 83 out of 85 regions of Russia, 6 other countries).
He is a Candidate of Psychology Sciences, Senior Research Officer of Political Sciences Department at Saint Petersburg State University.
He is a member of board of Russian Association of Political Consultants, Member of European Association of Political Consultants, and member of the Political Psychologists International Society.
