Starting from 1995, he participated in implementation of many PR-Projects and ran election campaigns in Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk, Krasnoyarsk, Primorsk Lands, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District, Ukraine.

He headed the Public Relations Services and government relations in OJSC ‘Uralkaliy’, OJSC ‘Pervouralsky New Pipe Plant’, ‘METINVEST HOLDING’ LLC (Ukraine).

He was included into rating of the best PR-managers of Russia according to Commersant Newspaper (2007), he won a second prize in the area of ‘Chemical Industry’.

At present, he holds a position of Advisor to Governor of Sevastopol (the Crimea).
