She graduated from the Higher School of Economics, Political Sciences Department, majored in International Economic Relations.

In Aegis Media, she founded Public Relations Department, was engaged into corporate communications, later she opened Client PR Practice in the framework of which she led a team of experts responsible for client events communication support, press office creation and developing cross platform special projects. She worked with more than 20 brands among which can be named the following: Aeroflot (National Air Carrier) OTS Farm (Pharmaceutical Company), Pernod Ricard, Fujifilm, SCA, Pioneer. She also provided communication support to sports projects in Russia and abroad.

Irina is included into Global Communications Team `Dentsu Aegis Network’. In 2006-2013, she provided communication support when market launching, including such network brands as  Posterscope, AdWatch Isobar, IPospect, Vizeum, Ad O’Clock, Amnet within framework of realizing general strategy of Aegis Group plc in EMEA/CIS. From 2012 to 2015, she monitored Regional communications on integrating the largest advertising holding – Dentsu Inc. and Aegis Group plc. As a representative of network office in Russia and CIS countries, she is responsible for cooperation with Chiefquarters in London and Tokyo on integration issues in the area of communication and marketing, development of group communication strategy and following communication standards of Dentsu Aegis Network. Irina is an author and organizer of Dentsu Aegis Network industrial conferences annually held in autumn and spring.

Before joining Aegis Media, Irina worked in Political Technological Center and participated in creating International Institute on Political Expertise along with Yevgeny Minchenko. She worked in Minchenko Consulting. Since 2007, she wasregularly ranked in the TOP 1000 Best Managers according to the Commersant Newspaper (including 2015). In 2015, Irina’s projects got two prestige awards in the area of communications – Serebrayny Luchik for Russian Cinema Week in New York and Russian Culture Days in Baden Baden, and she was awarded with PROBA IPRA as well for supporting female round-the – world regatta SCA Volvo Ocean Race.
